TenderScan.nl — finding tenders without searching

TenderScan.nl is a search engine and index for public tenders across Europe. Users save their searches and receive a weekly report of newly found tenders that may be relevant. That replaces the manual trawling of portals, and because the search technology runs on RAG with reranking, the tenders it finds are more relevant than standard search delivers. The product pays for itself in time saved.

TenderScan is SaaS, in production. We are making the product smarter with AI step by step; the first pilots are running. Patrick built it; the commercial side runs through Alberto Giuffrida, who does sales and onboarding.

Supertaak — process automation that can account for itself

Supertaak is an auditable workflow platform for business process automation, with AI capabilities. Execution and accountability are equally central: every run leaves a record, and a person decides at the points where one belongs. Integrations extend quickly, the platform is proven scalable, and releases ship without downtime.

Supertaak is SaaS, in production, in use with its first customers. Among the things running there: an AI-driven e-mail automation handling daily work, and a pilot with a complex workflow. Here too: built by Patrick, run commercially with Alberto.

Stackyl — what we are building now

Stackyl is in active development: a platform for small software. Building small apps with AI agents and sharing them as easily as a Google document. In all honesty it is not a product you can buy today, and that is how we present it: this is what we are building now. The landing page is at stackyl.com.

Domain Services Nederland — a client since 2018

Since Hexxore was founded in 2018, eight years without interruption, Domain Services Nederland has been a client. The company manages a large domain portfolio, and for that, infrastructure simply has to work: hosting and e-mail that are there, every day.

The problem it started with is the problem of every growing business: an operation running on loose tools and manual work, and infrastructure without an owner. Hexxore took the full infrastructure into management, hosting and e-mail, and built Domain Services Management: a single custom platform for campaign management, monitoring, AI tooling and sales of the domain portfolio. It replaced a handful of disconnected tools, so the entire operation runs from one system. By now an AI-driven e-mail automation runs there too, through Supertaak, handling incoming work daily.

The result does not fit in a percentage, but it does fit in a number: eight years, uninterrupted. Continuity is the proof that counts in this trade. And the collaboration worked so well on both sides that Alberto is now involved as commercial partner in our own products. First a client, then a partner; we could not invent a better reference, so we do not have to.
