What we do

We map the process as it actually runs, including the exceptions nobody wrote down. Then we build the automation: integrations with the systems you already have, fixed steps for the work itself, and a pause point wherever a person has to decide.

Two things are non-negotiable for us. The automation keeps running while nobody is watching, even when a system takes a day to answer. And every run leaves a record, so you can show afterwards what happened, to yourself, a customer or an auditor.

On exactly this ground we build our own product: Supertaak, a workflow platform for business process automation in which execution and accountability are equally central. It runs in production with its first customers, including an AI-driven e-mail automation that handles daily work. Where Supertaak fits, we use it; where custom work serves you better, we build custom.

What a project looks like

1. Walk the process. We watch how the work goes today, on site or over a screen share. We are based in Ede, the Netherlands, and work for clients at home and abroad.
2. Proposal with the maths. Which steps we automate, where a person keeps deciding, what it costs and what it saves.
3. Build and run alongside. The automation first runs next to the manual work, until the outcomes demonstrably match.
4. Go-live and monitoring. The manual work stops, we keep watch. New exceptions land with a person instead of in an error log nobody reads.
