Integrations
Connect your accounting software to your webshop or POS
Orders, payments and invoices land in the books automatically. No more Friday-afternoon retyping, no more differences at the VAT return.
The familiar ritual
The webshop sells, the till beeps, and at the end of the week someone retypes the orders into the accounting package. Or an export runs that "usually works", plus a spreadsheet that tracks the differences. Then the VAT return comes around, the numbers are off by a little, and the searching starts.
What the integration does
Every order flows automatically from your webshop or POS into your accounting software: order, customer, payment and invoice, on the right ledger account and with the right VAT. Returns and credit notes travel the same road back. Whatever cannot be placed automatically, an odd payment, an unknown customer, goes to a person instead of being booked wrong in silence.
Which packages you use does not matter to us. Anything with an API, a messaging interface or an export capability can be connected, and the integration records what it did, so your books stay verifiable.
What it delivers
The retyping hours, every week, back. Fewer errors, because an integration makes no typos and skips no line. And books that are current, instead of books that lag until someone finds the time.
The maths is quick: the number of hours it takes weekly, times 52. An integration that starts around €500 often pays for itself within a year.
Frequently asked questions
Can my accounting software be connected to my webshop?
Almost certainly. Accounting packages and webshop platforms nearly always have an API or an export capability these days, and that is all we need. Which package it is does not matter to us. We check it for you, free of charge.
What does an accounting-to-webshop integration cost?
As an indication: an integration over a standard API starts around €500. Add several sales channels, a POS or many exceptions, and it usually lands between €1,500 and €5,000. Scoped up front, with a fixed price.
What happens to orders if the integration is briefly down?
Nothing gets lost. Our integrations track what has been processed and what has not, and work through the backlog automatically once everything is reachable again. At most you notice a message from us, not gaps in your books.
