Integrations
CRM integration with the rest of your systems
One view of the customer instead of three versions of the truth. Customers, quotes and invoices that stay in sync by themselves.
Three systems, three truths
The customer is in the CRM with the old address, in the accounting package with the new one, and on the mailing list with a typo. Sales promises something based on the CRM, administration invoices based on the books, and the customer wonders why he is asked for the same details twice.
Updating everything by hand is not the fix; it is exactly how the three versions came to exist.
What the integration does
Changes flow automatically between your CRM and the systems around it. A new customer in the CRM exists in invoicing at once. A paid invoice is visible to sales. An accepted quote becomes an order without anyone retyping it. Per type of data we agree which system leads, so a difference is never silently resolved the wrong way.
Which CRM you use, and which packages surround it, does not matter to us: anything with an API, a messaging interface or an export capability can be connected. Every synchronisation leaves a record, so you can see what was updated and when.
What it delivers
Everyone works from the same data, and nobody maintains it by hand. No double entry, no mail to old addresses, no quotes based on outdated agreements. And when something does diverge, the record shows where it came from.
Frequently asked questions
Which systems can a CRM be integrated with?
Nearly everything you use alongside it: your accounting software, your invoicing, your e-mail, your webshop, your planning or your ERP. Which CRM and which packages they are does not matter to us; anything with an API or export capability can be connected.
Which way does the data flow?
We decide that together, per type of data. Often the CRM leads for customer data and the accounting package for invoices, synchronising both ways. More important than the direction is agreeing which system wins when values differ; we build that rule into the integration.
What does a CRM integration cost?
As an indication: an integration between your CRM and one other system starts around €500. Several systems or complex rules: usually between €1,500 and €5,000, scoped up front with a fixed price.
